Herbs with ice are an excellent proven remedy for wrinkles on the face. You can choose from any of the following herbs: nettle, turn, lime blossom, sage, dill, lemon balm, chamomile, yarrow, parsley.
The decoction for ice from wrinkles is prepared very simply: you need to pour 1 tablespoon with a glass of boiling water and let it stand for about an hour. You can also make a decoction on the fire for 10-15 minutes. And after cooling, you can strain and pour into forms.

Milk ice – helps from “crow’s feet” at the mouth and is effective against deep wrinkles. Dilute the milk in a ratio of 1:1 and freeze. It is better to use it at night and do not forget to apply a nourishing night cream.
Wipe dry, withered skin with ice with aloe. Squeeze out the juice from the aloe leaves, dilute with water in a ratio of 1:5, and freeze. Such ice is effective against wrinkles and is suitable for wiping not only the face but also the neck and decollete area.
Fruit ice tones and refreshes the face. Freeze the freshly squeezed juice of berries or fruits (strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, banana) and use for procedures. Fruits are better to wash in the morning, and then apply a moisturizer on your face.

Coffee is an excellent antioxidant, so we prepare coffee ice to improve skin tone. In addition, this ice removes wrinkles, puffiness, and dark circles around the eyes, and gives the face a matte shine. Prepare cosmetic cubes from natural coffee with the addition of milk.
Tea ice – suitable for any skin. Freshly brewed strong tea (at the rate of 1 tsp per 200 g of water) is poured into forms and frozen for 8-10 hours.

But remember that everything is fine in moderation: do not abuse ice procedures, strictly dose the time, combine herbal and fruit ice, follow all the rules. Otherwise, in the pursuit of beauty and youth, you can hurt yourself more than help. Therefore, it is better to carry out any procedures after consulting with a specialist. It is necessary to use ice for the face according to suitable skin recipes, the only way to get rid of wrinkles without harm and discomfort.
